Shipping policy

1. Shipping Methods & Rates

- All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground Shipping.

- Free shipping is available for orders over $120.

2. Order Processing & Cutoff Times

- Orders are processed and prepared for shipment Monday through Friday.

- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Tracking

- Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow its delivery.

- We will not ship on weekends and holidays.

- We will not ship on days with severe or inclement weather either to ensure the timeliness and quality of your order.

- Estimated delivery time of ground shipping is around 3-10 days. However, delivery times may be affected by severe weather, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

👉 We do not guarantee carrier delivery timelines once the package is in FedEx’s possession.
