Returns & Refund policies
Thank you for purchasing our products. Due to the use of natural ingredients and the absence of preservatives, we do not accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. That said, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring your satisfaction.
Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, contaminated, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@sieuxot.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
Once the issue is reviewed and verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment only. If your order has not yet shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was made on our end.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refund confirmation will be sent via email for your records.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for refunds due to delays, lost, or undeliverable packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
