Returns & Refund policies
1. Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, contaminated, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via orders@sieuxot.com or (800) 556-3984. We are happy to assist you on that!
**Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
Once the issue is reviewed and verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment only. If your order has not yet shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refund confirmation will be sent via email for your records.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If your shipping address is inside a plaza or apartment, please make sure to provide your business name or unit.
We are not responsible for delays, lost, or undeliverable packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
However, as a courtesy:
👉 If an order is delayed or undeliverable due to a customer-provided address error, we are willing to resend the products at 60% of the original order price, plus applicable shipping fees.
Refunds or free replacements are not available for address-related issues.
