Spicy Lemongrass Chicken Marinade
Shallots, Garlic, Lemongrass, Chilli, Fish Sauce, Sesame Oil, Black Pepper
Pour this marinade over meat for 30 minutes. for best result, marinate overnight in the fridge. This can also be used with beef or pork.
Keep Refrigerated. Use within 3 months.
Shaking Beef Marinade
Garlic, Sugar, Salt, Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Black Pepper.
Simply pour this over cubed beef to marinade for 30 minutes or overnight to achieve that savory, sweet, peppery, classic vietnamese shaking beef flavor.
Keep refrigerated. Use within 6 months.
Char Siu Marinade
Sugar, Garlic, Salt, Cooking Wine, Hoisin Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Curing Salt, Five Spice Powder.
Use this classic char siu marinade with pork, beef, or chicken. Simply pour over meat to marinade for 30 minutes, or over night for best result.
